We are looking for an Operations Responsible to join us at Smart Management!

At taghub, our customers rely on our platform every day to manage equipment, documentation, and inspections throughout the lifecycle of their assets. As we grow and welcome more customers, the demands on operations, security, and documentation grow with us.

Now we’re looking for someone who can help ensure that the taghub platform remains stable, secure, and reliable. We’re looking for someone with experience in back-end development or IT operations, good knowledge of either Python or PowerShell, and an interest in structured processes, documentation, and quality work. Experience with cloud-based platforms and knowledge of ISO 27001 or ISO 9001 is a plus.

In this role, you will:
• follow up on the day-to-day operation, uptime, and performance of the taghub platform
• monitor systems and quickly identify and follow up on incidents and deviations
• maintain routines, documentation, and continuous improvement related to our ISO certifications
• contribute to internal and external audits
• work closely with developers to improve the stability and robustness of the platform over time

Our stack includes AWS, Django, React, native iOS and Android apps, and Docker containers in the cloud. We also work with AI and integrations that allow customers to use their taghub data in their own tools.

You’ll work closely with our developers and system manager, taking real responsibility for the operational reliability our customers depend on. We think you’ll thrive in this role if you’re structured, solution-oriented, comfortable taking responsibility, and good at keeping an overview when something needs to be followed through.
