Want to help shape HR from the ground up?

We are looking for an HR Responsible to join us at Smart Management! At taghub, we’re growing both in Norway and internationally, and as our team grows, we’re looking for someone who can help us build and develop our HR function.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of HR processes from the ground up and help shape how we recruit, onboard, support, and develop our people. We’re looking for someone with HR experience, a good understanding of Norwegian employment law, and the ability to create practical processes and routines that work in everyday life.

In this role, you will:
• manage the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee follow-up, and offboarding
• build and develop HR processes and routines that support our growth
• act as a sparring partner for management on personnel matters and organisational development
• help maintain and further develop our company culture as the team grows
• ensure compliance with Norwegian employment law, agreements, and internal routines

You’ll work closely with both management and colleagues while having the opportunity to shape and develop the HR function as taghub continues to grow. We think you’ll thrive in this role if you’re structured, confident, relationship-oriented, and enjoy taking ideas from concept to implementation.
